Our story
From one professional’s journey to a generation’s opportunity.
Uruti Hub was founded by Kubwimana David after years in technology consulting, digital transformation, software solutions and diverse business environments. Every project brought a challenge, and every challenge taught something new.
Skills gathered over a career can build one successful career. Shared, they can build many careers, inspire ideas, create businesses and open doors for the next generation.
So he set out to build a place where experienced professionals actively transfer what they know, and where young people learn through real projects, real challenges and real responsibility.
One person’s experience became a mission to multiply knowledge, capability and opportunity.

A message from our founder
The knowledge we gain should become an opportunity for someone else.
Throughout my career in technology and consulting, I have learned from successful projects, from mistakes, and from the constant need to adapt. As that experience grew, one question kept returning: what will all this knowledge mean if it benefits only me?
I think of the many talented young people with ambition and a strong work ethic who lack access to guidance, practical experience or professional networks. The knowledge we spend years acquiring should not end with us. If I share what I have learned with one young person, they may achieve more than I have. If they share it in turn, the impact grows far beyond anything one person can do alone.
That belief is why I founded Uruti Hub: a place where young people can learn, ask questions, practise, make mistakes, receive honest guidance and become capable of building meaningful solutions. Developing others is not separate from professional success. It can be one of its greatest achievements.
My hope is that Uruti Hub grows beyond its founder, and that the people who grow here become better engineers, entrepreneurs, consultants and leaders than those who guided them.
